Orders
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
We do have a high order volume & we try to process orders as soon as we get them. Therefore, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it is placed. Please take your time to make sure you have everything entered correctly before you submit your order. Especially the correct shipping address! :)
Can I use more than one discount per order?
There is no discount stacking. This includes special promo, rewards offer, referral code, or seasonal sales. Only one discount per order.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
Due to the high volume of orders we do not currently do gift notes. However, we do not include pricing on our packing slips.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United States only. We will update this page if we decide to ship internationally in the future.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $99.99 to the 48 contiguous states. For orders below $99.99, pricing is based on UPS Standard shipping rates and will show in check out.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Typically we ship within 2-5 business days here in North Carolina. Once your order is packed and picked up from our carrier, it can take 1-6 business days to reach you. Depending on where in the USA you are located. We currently do not offer expedited shipping.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are so sorry to hear that! Once your package leaves us here at Apparel'd Co., we are not liable if it is lost of stolen.
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:
1. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it yet, allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery before contacting the carrier for more information.
2. Check with your neighbors or anyone to see if they noticed a package was left at your address.
3. Reach out to your local UPS facility.
Please note, Apparel'd Co. is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not currently offer returns at this time. Please be sure everything is correct when placing your orders.
